Tomorrow's Children

Riane Eisler’s Tormorrow’s Children aims at applying to modern education the partnership model developed by the author herself in The Chalice and the Blade: a society based on environmental sustainability, nonviolence, multiculturalism and equity in gender-related issues. For all too long the ‘dominator model’, focused on control and authoritarianism, has influenced the general education system. Radical changes are therefore needed in both educational processes and content. This new educational approach, supplemented with additional materials and useful resources for parents as well as teachers, defines a revolutionary and inspiring new idea of schools, and hence, of society in the 21st century.
