Abstract: This paper analyzes the European citizenship rights starting from the Micheletti case (of the ECJ); the Author investigates the Member States powers concerning the allocation of citizenship and the rights for who has the nationality of a Member State and of a third country one (this is the case of many “European” migrants outside Europe).
